An interesting matchup adds intrigue to an already loaded card in London, as two proven names collide in a catchweight showdown. Benn enters this fight in solid form. He is 4-1 in his last five bouts, including a recent decision win over Chris Eubank Jr to settle their 2025 series at one apiece. Their first meeting was epic, back-and-forth battle that saw both fighters have moments, but the rematch told a different story. Benn made the adjustments and controlled the action, delivering a more composed and dominant performance to even the score.

Prograis brings experience and power, but his recent run has been uneven. He is 3-2 in his last five fights, most recently rebounding with a decision win over Joseph Diaz. Before that, he dropped back-to-back decisions to Devin Haney and Jack Catterall, both fights where he was knocked down. Earlier wins over Danielito Zorrilla and a knockout of Jose Zepeda highlight his ability, but recent durability concerns remain part of the equation.
