Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua is set to headline a Most Valuable Promotions card on December 19 at the Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida.
The main portion of the card will be free to all Netflix subscribers, while the prelims will be available through the Netflix YouTube channel. Ahead of this intriguing bout, Joshua’s former opponent, Otto Wallin, spoke to Hajper and delivered a brutal warning to Paul.
December 19 has attracted plenty of criticism, with many calling it a mismatch. Very few are giving Jake Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) a chance despite the talk of Anthony Joshua’s decline following his defeat to Daniel Dubois. Do any of his old abilities remain? Can Jake Paul deliver the final punch to Joshua’s (28-4, 25 KOs) career?
Many have speculated whether elements of Jake Paul vs Anthony Joshua will be scripted. However, the rules made public appear below:
Talking to Hajper, Wallin did not hold back in his warning to Paul:
“I think it is really dangerous for his overall health. Outside of boxing, he can really hurt him. His general health. I know Joshua firsthand, how hard he hits and how he knocked out Ngannou. Ngannou is a bigger guy, stronger guy and a better fighter than Jake Paul. So he can really get seriously hurt. [Of all the opponents] Joshua hits the hardest by far.
“Joshua is a really big guy, but he’s also fast on his feet and with his punches. He can put it together well, as soon as he hurts you, he can put it together well. Joshua is a great finisher and he always has been,” said Wallin.
