Promising unbeaten super middleweight contender Diego Pacheco (21-0, 17 KOs) will return on August 31 to face the experienced Polish fighter Maciej Sulecki (32-2, 12 KOs) at the Dignity Health Sports Park, Carson, for the WBC USA and WBO International super middleweight titles. The entire card, promoted by Matchroom Boxing, will be shown live on DAZN.
Pacheco was last seen in action against the awkward Shawn McCalman. It was a difficult fight for the LA native, who overcame a challenging start to win by unanimous decision. He impressed in the fight before that, defeating Marcelo Coceres by a ninth-round KO.
Sulecki has only lost twice in his career against Demetrius Andrade and Daniel Jacobs, with his best wins coming against Sasha Yengoyan and Jack Culcay.
