Francis Ngannou performed very well against Tyson Fury, but when he fought Anthony Joshua, he suffered a second-round knockout loss. Meanwhile, Jake Paul, who also faced Joshua and survived until the sixth round, trolled the former UFC champion for his knockout loss to “AJ.”
“The Problem Child” hilariously trolled “The Predator” about his knockout loss to Joshua during a face-to-face interview. Paul jokingly asked Ngannou what he was dreaming about when Joshua knocked him unconscious. In a recent video, the 29-year-old said:
“What did you dream of when Anthony slept you?” He also added, “So you were having dreams on the canvas there when you were unconscious?”

Paul then continued teasing him by saying he saw Joshua chasing him around the ring and mocked Ngannou’s footwork, calling him a “big clunky guy stuck in sand.” However, the 29-year-old also got knocked down by “AJ” but was not unconscious, though he did injure his jaw. Now this was a major injury that could end Paul’s career.
Jake Paul admitted that his boxing career could be in serious jeopardy following the jaw injury he suffered in his loss to Anthony Joshua last December. He said that upcoming scans would reveal a major update on his jaw. Talking about it on the Ariel Helwani show, the 29-year-old said:
“I think I’ll be able to get a more accurate timeframe, or can I even fight again? That is definitely in the realm of possibility. It does feel a lot better as weeks go by. But I definitely need to get cleared to be able to spar.”

Paul also said he was staying in shape and continuing light training while waiting for a final medical assessment. However, he was also seen calling out Francis Ngannou at the Netflix MMA weigh-in, hinting at a possible boxing match.
