Jake Paul’s last event with Netflix turned out to be memorable in more ways than one.
Back in November 2024, over 60 million people tuned in to see him take on Mike Tyson.
On that occasion, Sydney Thomas, a ring girl, became an overnight sensation after catching the eye of fans everywhere.
This time around, Paul’s bout against Anthony Joshua is shaping up to be even bigger for the streaming service.
Here is a look at the ring girls who will be hoping to grab some attention during Friday night’s event in Miami.
Raphaela Milagres is no stranger to Paul’s events, having worked with him several times over the years.
The 30-year-old Brazilian has appeared as a ring girl for his bouts against Tyson and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., and she is back again for this one.
Milagres’ return was confirmed shortly after the Joshua fight was announced, adding another familiar face to the build-up.
She already has 181,000 followers on Instagram, and that number is likely to climb even higher once the event gets underway.
Marissa Ayers, 22, is a former gymnast who graduated from the University of Alabama.
She joined Milagres as a ring girl for Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano 3 earlier in 2024.
Ayers has built a strong following on social media, with over 400,000 followers on Instagram and more than 1.5 million on TikTok.
Surprisingly, her TikTok following even surpasses that of Joshua, who has around 1.1 million followers.
There is also speculation that she is in a relationship with New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart.
Journi Carr joined the Paul vs Joshua ring girl team as a late addition to the line-up.
The 25-year-old from Texas shared the news with her followers earlier this week, building anticipation for her role in the event.
“I’m beyond excited to announce that I will be an MVP ring model for the Jake Paul X Anthony Joshua fight LIVE on Netflix Dec 19th with @mostvaluablepromotions,” she told her 408,000 Instagram followers.
“This event is going to be hugeeee & I’m so excited to be a part of it. Fight night just got way hotter. December 19th… meet me in the ring.”
The selection process was initially open to UK-based models, but despite public interest and online applications from British candidates, the spot went to an American.
