Joseph Parker is growing increasingly annoyed that he hasn’t yet got his showdown with Oleksandr Usyk over the line.
The New Zealander has enjoyed a magnificent spell of form in recent times, earning himself a shot at the pound-for-pound number one.
However, while Chris Algieri thinks Parker is a ‘dangerous fight’ for Usyk, the fans may never get to see the match-up.
The Kiwi’s coach is concerned that his boxer won’t have the chance to trade leather with the future Hall of Famer.

Andy Lee doesn’t think Oleksandr Usyk will fight Joseph Parker.
The Irishman says his student is very upset with the situation.
During a chat with IFL, Lee said: “In an ideal world, it would happen, it would be an honor to fight Oleksandr Usyk, but I don’t see it happening, I’ve got it 15/85 against it happening.
“Joe is quite frustrated; he’s done everything. He had the world title fight [against Daniel Dubois] cancelled on a day’s notice, then steps in against the boogeyman (Martin Bakole) and knocks him out.
“Since then, he’s done everything he can, he’s been patient, he’s been at the fights, he’s been in the ring with Usyk, he’s done his social media callouts, he’s done everything he physically can.”
As well as Parker, Agit Kabayel has done more than enough to earn a crack at Usyk.
However, the two most in-form fighters in the division aren’t the only competitors in line for a shot at the throne.
One legend says neither Parker nor Kabayel would be Usyk’s toughest challenge.
