Manny Pacquiao Promotions (MPP) has started their US promotional journey with a success after its first United States event on November 29 has sold out.
The card will take place from the Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California, as Lorenzo Parra vs. Elijah Pierce headlines a WBO International Featherweight title bout. Manny Pacquiao is expected to be ringside to witness his 24-year-old son, Manny “Jimuel” Pacquiao Jr., make his professional debut in the co-main event against Brendan Lally. Jimuel transitioned to the pro ranks after a three-year amateur career, while he recently celebrated the birth of his daughter, his first child, just this month.
“Fight week is finally upon us, and we couldn’t be more proud of the event we’ve put together for our sold-out U.S. debut. Fans in attendance and watching on ESPN Deportes and ESPN Knockout are going to be very impressed by a talented group of young fighters who are looking to become the next world champion,” Sean Gibbons (President of Manny Pacquiao Promotions)
“We’ve got ten amazing fights lined up for this sold-out card at Pechanga, complete with title fights, pro debuts, several undefeated fighters and knockout artists from all around the world. There is going to be non-stop action from the first bell to the last, and I can’t wait to launch Manny Pacquiao Promotions here in the United States with this event,” Brendan Gibbons (Lead Matchmaker)
