Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua are set to ink a two-fight deal for one of the biggest fights of all time next week.

Fury’s camp insist that they have already signed up for their end of a massive money contract that would see the legendary heavyweight duo finally compete. They have been on a collision course for over a decade since turning professional, but have never so much as faced off in the ring.

Now, Eddie Hearn claims that a deal is all but done for the pair to fight in November, with Joshua also taking on a comeback fight in July. That tune-up bout will take place on DAZN, with the super-fight likely to end up on Netflix.

Eddie Hearn reveals key details of Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua fight deal

In a new interview with IFL TV, Eddie Hearn has revealed that a deal is all but signed for Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua to finally fight later this year. The pair shared an awkward moment at ringside following Fury’s win over Arslanbek Makhmudov, but Joshua refused to get in the ring and make it official.

Netflix even went as far as to promote the bout as being set for this Autumn on their platform, and it is unclear as yet if they will definitely air the super-fight. They would be front runners, but DAZN do have exclusive rights for Joshua’s bouts.

Matchroom Boxing will promote the Joshua comeback over the summer, and that will air on DAZN PPV. Turki Alalshikh and Sela will then take over for the Fury fight, and no broadcaster or venue has been decided as yet for that event.

“We will have a contract,” Hearn explained. “We haven’t signed a contract yet, but we are negotiating the final points in an agreement to come back to the ring in July and fight Tyson Fury. Once we sign up for that agreement it’s up to them for the staging.”

As for the broadcaster, Hearn added: “Once we get in that position, we have an agreement with DAZN who are our exclusive partners and AJ’s exclusive partners. But these are conversations that will be had as we finalize the agreement in terms of our exclusivity with DAZN.”

Joshua has been signed with DAZN for years, but famously fought Jake Paul back in December on Netflix.
