Alabama star forward Grant Nelson had the dunk of the college basketball season on Saturday.

Nelson has been one of Alabama's best players during the 2024-25 college basketball season, averaging 11.7 points and 7.9 rebounds per game.

He put an Auburn player on a poster during Saturday's showdown at Auburn with one heck of a dunk.

Take a look:

Fans are still going crazy about this on social media.

"Rrdering a Grant Nelson jersey as soon as I find a good one," one tweet read.

"This is the Grant Nelson we know and love," another fan tweeted.

"Grant Nelson hit Johni Broome with the crane after that dunk. Alabama/Auburn is truly the best rivalry," another fan tweeted.

"GRANT NELSON ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!" another tweet read.

This is the second of two meetings between the two rivals this season. Auburn won the first meeting back on February 15 in Tuscaloosa, 94-85, and Alabama is trying to return the favor in Auburn.

As of this writing, Alabama is up by three with about eight minutes to go in the second half. A win would get Alabama to 24-7 overall while a loss would drop Auburn to 27-4.

These two teams are two of the top seven teams in the country and could meet for a third time in the SEC Tournament next week. We're going to be in for a thrilling finish as this clock ticks down to the final few minutes of the second half.

You can watch the end of this game on ESPN. Karl Ravech, Dick Vitale, and Jimmy Dykes have the call.
