On Monday, Bronny James suffered a cardiac arrest while attending a team workout with the USC Trojans. According to a Tuesday report by The Athletic's Shams Charania, Bronny, 18, was in stable condition and out of the ICU.
On Thursday, Charania released another update regarding Bronny's status, noting the former Sierra Canyon High School standout is out of hospital and has returned home with his family. Charania also noted Bronny was "neurologically intact" and "conscious."

Bronny might face an arduous road to recovery. There has been no report on the severity of the 18-year-old's condition.

At this stage, it's still too early for discussions surrounding Bronny's chances of participating in the upcoming collegiate season or whether it is safe for him to play competitive basketball moving forward.
Nevertheless, the basketball world, including the fans, will just be happy to know that Bronny is recovering.
