Why Troy Will Win

The Trojans can rebound.

They have decent size and should be able to get the defensive boards enough to keep UK from dominating.

The Wildcats take a ton of shots, go fast, and kill teams on the offensive boards. Troy won’t get all of them, but they can limit the second chance points.

Troy doesn’t have anything from the outside to worry about.

It goes to the rim, and it looks to make things happen on the move, but it’s not going to bomb its way back into the game if it gets down. The bigger issue will be holding on to the ball.

Kentucky will have to fight, but with Lamont Butler expected to play, the steals will come, and enough offensive rebounds will be there to add up.
