The Orange defeated the visiting Great Danes, 102-85. Syracuse only made four three-pointers in the game, but the Orange scored 62 points inside the paint and had 45 bench points while shooting 63.5% from the field for the game. Donnie Freeman scored a career-high 24 points and grabbed eight rebounds. Freeman had three made three-pointers on the season coming into the game and then went 4-4 from behind the arc against UAlbany. Chris Bell had 18 points and six rebounds. Jaquan Carlos had a double-double with 12 points and 12 assists.
