Duke's Cooper Flagg came into this season as the nation's main attraction after a storied career as one of the country's most sought after prep players. As with any prospect of his stature there is always a curiosity as to whether one can perform up to the immense expectations. Flagg has done that and then some. This past week he was named the ACC's Freshman of The Week for the tenth time which ties a conference record. He is the first ACC player in 25 years that has amassed 500 points, 100 assists and 30 blocks in the regular season. You can also add that he is one of three division 1 players this century that has accumulated 450 points, 150 rebounds, 100 assists, 40 steals and 25 blocks through 25 games. Flagg leads the Blue Devils in each of the aforementioned categories on the season. Duke head coach Jon Scheyer and guard Tyrese Proctor inform you of why Flagg is the real deal.
