The Pepperdine Waves landed a commitment from Green Bay forward Yonatan Levy out of the transfer portal on Wednesday, the sixth portal addition of the offseason for head coach Ed Schilling.
Levy came to Green Bay from Israel midway through last season, appearing in 13 games for the Phoenix and averaging 7.8 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.6 assists in 23.9 minutes per game.
That included a 19 point, nine rebound, four assist performance on the road against Cleveland State as well as a 15 point, 10 rebound, three assist game in a road loss to Detroit Mercy.
Green Bay went 1-12 in the 13 games Levy appeared in, with the lone win coming in Levy's only scoreless performance of the season.

Levy will turn 24 in September, but despite his age the 6'9 forward still has three full years of eligibility remaining - meaning he could be playing in Malibu for the Waves until he's well past 26 years old.
Levy is one of six portal additions made by Schilling, who led Pepperdine to a 13-22 overall record last year, which included going 4-14 in conference play in his first season as the head coach.
Levy joins former Gonzaga forward Pavle Stosic as well as guards Styles Phipps (Grand Canyon), Mike Saunders Jr (McNeese), and Pasha Shemirani (Fresno State) as well as center Stefan Cicic from Tulane.
Gonzaga will play Pepperdine twice this upcoming regular season, once at home and once on the road - potentially the final time the Zags play at Firestone Fieldhouse before they move into the Pac-12 starting in 2026-27.
