Brand New Twins: Haley, Hanna Cavinder reveal surgically enhanced breasts

“We know we’re going to get opinions from people that we don’t want and that’s what comes with it, so I’m not going to play victim card,” said Haley. “Men think that we’re going to go from zero to 100, or that this video is before surgery – I saw that comment. God forbid we get a size that fits for us and what we want. … I didn’t want my boobs to be the main focus.”

The sisters also revealed that they have taken off their bandages, allowing them to return to more exercise as they continue to recover.

The Cavinder twins revealed they were having the procedure done on July 16. Before the surgery, Haley and Hanna posted a TikTok video of themselves at the gym and mouthing along a voiceover that said, “Say goodbye to these little, itty, bitty t***ies, b***hes … because 24 hours from now, I’m gonna have a rack.

Haley Cavinder and Hanna Cavinder played for Miami during the 2022-23 and 2024-25 seasons. The Cavinder twins spent their first three college basketball seasons at Fresno State and decided not to play during the 2023-24 season to pursue other ventures.

This past season, Haley Cavinder was selected to the All-ACC Second Team after averaging a team-high 18.2 points and 4.7 assists per game. Hanna Cavinder started in all 29 games (as did Haley) and averaged 6.9 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.2 assists per contest.

Hanna Cavinder was dating Miami Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck. The pair broke up earlier this year. In April, the Cavinder twins spoke to Kai Trump and did not hold back when talking about Beck.
