South Carolina Gamecocks women's basketball head coach Dawn Staley is one of the best in the game.
Throughout her long-standing run with the Gamecocks, she's won three national titles.
As she gears up for another season, she announced she’ll be part of former U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris’ latest speaking event.
"Looking forward to introducing you to all of my Philly peeps!" Staley said. She then emphasized that her conversation Thursday night with Harris will give insight to "future leaders of the world."
"See you tonight with Dawn Staley," Harris posted while attaching the cover of her book, "107 Days."

The book was released on Tuesday, and Thursday night's event will give Harris an opportunity to continue promoting it alongside one of the best college basketball coaches of all time.
In addition to Staley's three national titles, she has also led the Gamecocks to seven Final Four appearances, nine SEC Tournament titles and nine SEC regular-season titles.
Staley also had a decorated career as a player, leading the Virginia Cavaliers to three straight Final Fours from 1990-92. She was a six-time WNBA All-Star in eight seasons with the Charlotte Sting and the Houston Comets.
After falling in last season's national title game, South Carolina will tip off the 2025 season on Nov. 3 against the Grand Canyon Lopes.
