The No. 6 USC Trojans stunned the No. 1 UCLA Bruins in a massive women's college basketball showdown on Thursday night.

It was UCLA's first loss of the year and a statement win for USC at the Galen Center in front of a huge crowd.

USC star JuJu Watkins made history not seen in 20 years with a stat line of 39 points, 11 rebounds, 8 blocks, 5 assists and 6 three-pointers.

As a result, fans couldn't stop talking about her performance in the game, especially against the best team in the country.

There were so many impressive plays from Watkins in the game, although the fact that she had eight blocks despite being a 6-foot-2 guard is quite something.

In the process, Watkins even earned a new nickname: JuJu Swatkins.

"After 8 blocks against #1 UCLA, the broadcasters dubbed her Juju Swatkins which honestly is the hardest nickname i've ever heard," one fan stated

"JuJu Watkins‽ More like JuJu Swatkins! 8 blocks as a guard against the top team in the country?? Just plain ridiculous," one fan said

USC's Senior Associate AD Cody Worsham also gave Watkins that nickname.

"JUJU WATKINS SWATKINS.. Das all I gotta say. Good night," wrote another

"JUJU SWATKINS IKDFR!!!!!! GET THAT OUTTA HEREEEEEW," another wrote.

"JuJu 'BigGuard' Swatkins with 8 blocks and 3 of them on Betts," another wrote

Watkins entered the night averaging 1.7 blocks per game, so she more than quadrupled her average on Thursday against UCLA.

Watkins also had some massive blocks down the stretch, so she was everywhere for the Trojans.

The Trojans sophomore had nine blocks combined over the preceding seven games, so this was a special night for her.

Now, Watkins has a new nickname, USC has a huge win over the top team and momentum is through the roof for the Trojans.
