2025 College Football National Championship Odds Revealed After Ohio State-Notre Dame

The No. 8 seed Ohio State Buckeyes are officially College Football Playoff national champions after a 34-24 win over No. 7 Notre Dame on Monday.

Ohio State quarterback Will Howard, running back Quinshon Judkins, and wide receiver Jeremiah Smith propelled the offense to a victory in Atlanta to bring home the trophy and win the first-ever 12-team Playoff.

Right after the title game ended, the odds were released for the 2025 college football season.

Here is how the top 10 shook out per the odds from FanDuel.

Ohio State: +450
Texas: +650
Oregon: +650
Georgia: +700
Penn State: +850
Notre Dame: +1200
Alabama: +1600
Tennessee: +1800
Clemson: +1800
LSU: +2000

As of now, Ohio State is on top of the list after winning the national title, and Arch Manning's Texas team is tied with Oregon for the second spot.

The Big Ten Conference has three of the top 10 on the list, and the SEC has five, which leads the way.

It's very early, but even the way-too-early top 25 from Brett McMurphy had Ohio State at No. 1 on the morning of the title game, so there is a lot of buzz about the Buckeyes next season as well.

All of Ohio State, Texas, Oregon and Georgia are set to have new quarterbacks in 2025, although Manning replacing Quinn Ewers at Texas is going to be something to watch next season.

Only time will tell how things shape up, but for now, Ohio State wins the national title and leads the odds for next season.
