Now that we're coming down the home stretch of the 2024 football season, we've got plenty of film to start analyzing for top prospects who are eligible for the 2025 NFL Draft.
The 2024 draft didn't see a single off-ball linebacker come off the board in the first round, and it looks like the 2025 group could end up with a similar result, depending on which top underclassmen decide to declare early this time around.
There's one stud in the 2025 class who could end up being a potential top-10 pick (Georgia's Jalon Walker), as his unique skill set should allow him to line up either off the ball or on the edge at the next level. After that, there's plenty of Day 2 talent among the top linebackers, but none who look like first-round locks at this point in the process.
