2025 NFL Draft: Tate Ratledge Scouting Profile:

Tate Ratledge comes into the 2025 NFL Draft process as a three-year starter out of Georgia who plays with a dirt dog mentality and will fight to the whistle. He mauls his way into defenders in the running game by initiating contact. He has large, strong hands that grip defenders on contact and control blocks on his target. Ratledge possesses the quickness to get to the second level and has the football I.Q. to pick up twists and stunts on the defensive line. He tends to play with his pad level too high, and his lack of ideal length affects his punching ability, making him susceptible to counterattacks in pass protection.

Ratledge who came to Georgia as a four-star recruit by 247Sports, Rivals, and only played in two games in his first two seasons due to a foot injury in the opening drive of Georgia’s 2021 National championship season. He started all 14 games as Georgia defended its national title and was a Second Team Associated Press All-American in 2023, and a Third-Team AP All-American in 2024.

Ratledge was ranked the No.69 prospect by Eric Edholm in his Top 100 rankings in his 2025 NFL Draft rankings. NFL Draft Analyst Bucky Brooks rated him as the fifth-best interior offensive lineman in this year’s class
