Billy Bowman knows the Sooners need to win the next two games to be bowl eligible

Billy Bowman Jr. spoke to the media this week about what happened to the defense in the fourth quarter and how important it is to get that sixth win in order to make a bowl game.

You guys played such great defense for three quarters then in the fourth quarter they have two long touchdown drives. What do you think happened?

Billy: Honestly, I don’t know until I watch the film first to see what went down.

How much have you thought about just getting that sixth win?

Billy: [I’ve thought about it] a lot. You want to win every single game so it means a lot. This week, we felt like we really had an opportunity but the good thing is we’ve got two more opportunities. We’ve got a bye next week so we'll get well prepared, heal back up and get ready to go.
