Chris Simms Reveals QB Rankings for 2025 NFL Draft

The NFL Draft is just over a month away, and quarterback rankings are beginning to solidify now that the combine is complete.

This year’s quarterback class is a strong one, headlined by likely top-five picks Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders.

Beyond these stars, several other quarterbacks have the potential to make significant impacts, including Jaxson Dart, Kyle McCord, Jalen Milroe, Dillon Gabriel, and Texas Longhorns' own Quinn Ewers.

Chris Simms of Sunday Night Football recently revealed his quarterback tier list for this year’s draft class, placing Ewers in tier three and ranking him fifth overall among quarterbacks.

Notably, Ewers shares tier three with McCord, who led college football in passing yards last season. For Texas fans, seeing Ewers earn recognition among top-tier players is a testament to his steady development and value as a prospect.

While Ewers isn’t projected as a day-one pick or a quarterback expected to start immediately, he brings considerable potential to any NFL quarterback room.
