Several Colorado football players entered the transfer portal recently, but after less than a week in the portal, senior linebacker Jeremiah Brown has withdrawn his name and will return to the Buffaloes in 2025, per Pete Nakos of On3Sports.
Brown transferred to Colorado from Jackson State in 2023. With limited playing time, he has 47 total tackles, one pass defended, five sacks and a forced fumble over the three seasons in his career.
While it's unclear if Brown will be available to play in the Alamo Bowl, Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter and quarterback Shedeur Sanders have already confirmed their participation in the postseason game, per the Associated Press.

“It's definitely important (to play) because, you know, I started this thing with Coach Prime and Shedeur and most of the coaches on the coaching staff, so I want to finish it off right," Hunter said.
"I didn't give them a full season my first year [because of injury], so I'm going to go ahead and end this thing off right. It's going to be our last game together, so I'm going to go out there and dominate and show the loyalty that I have for him.
"Definitely looking forward to it. I'm just excited to go out there and play football one more time before the offseason."
On Dec. 28, Colorado travels to San Antonio to play in the Alamo Bowl against BYU. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. and the game will be broadcast on ABC.
