Deion Sanders featured in Nike's newest ads

Deion Sanders is back on the scene. The Colorado Buffaloes coach is the star of Nike’s new ad campaign talking about 'Dreams'.

The video starts with a shot of Coach Prime wearing a gold CU hat before he goes into pep talk mode. He explains how "dreams don't happen overnight," and it's the main theme of the spot. It cuts back and forth between color and a grey scale version with an outstanding message. In true Sanders' tradition, he calls for his theme music at the end of the video.

What makes it even better is no Nike apparel was ever promoted in the video. Just the pure genius of Coach Prime with the ability to pull in the audience. The video had the caption, "Dreams don’t happen overnight…you gotta run dreams down. #JustDoIt."

Sanders, who was named the 2023 Sports Illustrated's Sportsperson of the Year, has another accomplishment under his belt with Nike getting ready to re-release his Diamond Turf signature shoe line next Summer. A few of the Colorado Buffaloes wore them in cleat form this year. Sanders also has season two of the Coach Prime docuseries dropping next week.

It's the calm before the storm for Sanders and the Buffs with the transfer portal just days away from opening back up. A second wave of talent will be coming into Boulder shortly.
