Shilo Sanders is grinding his way into the NFL spotlight.
The former Colorado Buffaloes safety, who is now with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, has earned early praise during early workouts. After going undrafted in the 2025 NFL Draft, Sanders signed with the Buccaneers as a free agent and hasn’t looked back.
Sanders is the kind of guy who forgets what day it is because he’s working that hard. "He’s all in," sources say.
Sanders recorded 67 total tackles, one forced fumble and a sack in his final season at Colorado. Under head coach Deion Sanders, he developed into a vocal leader known for his physicality and field awareness. That same fire is now on full display in Tampa Bay.
Coach Prime shared a message of support on social media. “It’s a beautiful thing,” he posted with a workout videos for both his sons.
There are no off-days for Shilo on his journey. Just chances to get better and try to make the final roster.
Meanwhile, Shilo's younger brother Shedeur Sanders is also turning heads in the NFL. The Cleveland Browns’ fifth-round pick participated in offense-only drills this week behind veterans Kenny Pickett, Joe Flacco and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel.
According to ESPN Cleveland, Shedeur completed seven of nine passes for three touchdowns in team drills. With a packed quarterback room, Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski urged caution when interpreting the early reps.
With both brothers grinding on opposite sides of the ball, the Sanders name continues to shine. From Tampa to Cleveland, the next generation of “Prime Time” is making its mark.
