Diego Pavia led Vanderbilt to another huge win on Saturday, and the quarterback’s mother captured the spotlight again following the game.
Pavia’s mother, Antoinette Padilla, is one of the senior’s biggest supporters and is often spotted at games. Padilla was on the field following Vanderbilt’s 31-24 win over LSU at FirstBank Stadium in Nashville, Tenn. She was wearing a custom outfit.
Padilla was wearing a shirt with Commodores colors and her son’s No. 2 on it. She also had jeans that had Vanderbilt-themed patches sewn to them.

A lot of people learned who Padilla was earlier this season because of Theo Von. The comedian said Pavia told him that Von could take the quarterback’s mother on a date.
Padilla has plenty of reasons to be proud of her son this season. Pavia is having an outstanding year and has led No. 17 Vanderbilt to wins over No. 10 LSU and South Carolina, which was ranked No. 11 at the time.
