TEMPE — Cam Skattebo has officially touched down in New York as a Giant, and the former Arizona State running back will be rocking No. 44 as he begins his NFL career.
Skattebo, selected in the fourth round with the 105th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, made a name for himself in Tempe with his running style, versatility, and constant production. Now he has the opportunity to bring that same edge and fierceness to the NFC East.

Known for his all-around ability, Skattebo rushed for 1,711 yards, 605 of which were receptions, and had 21 touchdowns in his last season as a Sun Devil. He brought some aggression to ASU’s backfield, and pushed their offense through their successful 2024 season campaign in the Big 12.
Skattebo will be joining Tyrone Tracy Jr. and Devin Singletary in the backfield, and have the opportunity to compete for touches and showcase his toughness and adaptability at the next level.
It was announced Skattebo would be wearing No. 44 for the Giants — a number previously worn by a former Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw, who won lead the Giants to two Super Bowl titles.
From Tempe to New York, Skattebo’s next chapter begins in blue — and with the No. 44.
