The rumors surrounding the future of Colorado Buffaloes head coach Deion Sanders go in several different directions. The Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback has been attached to several different NFL head coach jobs like the Dallas Cowboys, Las Vegas Raiders and others.

From there, the rumors shifted to Sanders only inserting himself into the conversation with NFL teams to drum up more NIL money and better pay for assistant coaches from Colorado, per NFL Network's Jane Slater.

However, former NFL star Adam "Pacman" believes the truth is more simple, as he told it on "The Pat McAfee Show" on Monday.

"Deion is not leaving Colorado! By no means necessary unless he was able to coach both his sons, which I don't think that's possible... I don't think Deion's going nowhere... I don't think Deion is going to Jerry World."

Jones interviewed Sanders on his "Pacman Jones Show" in December. Although their conversation was over a month ago, Sanders confirmed he would stay with the Buffaloes.

"I love where I am," said Sanders. "I'm elated where I am. I'm happy where I am. I can't wait to see the future holds where I am, and I love Boulder, Colorado."

Sanders has three years remaining on his five-year, $29.5 million contract with Colorado. Colorado would require an $8 million buyout if he were to leave the program.
