An Oklahoma receiver has found a new home.
LV Bunkley-Shelton, a senior from Compton, CA, announced Friday he’ll be transferring to Georgia Southern.

Bunkley-Shelton transferred to OU in 2022 from Arizona State. After playing two seasons for the Sun Devils and catching 44 passes for 518 yards and two touchdowns, he had a minimal impact on the Oklahoma offense in 2022 and 2023.
Bunkley-Shelton played in 24 games for the Sooners, and got time on offense and special teams. He caught five passes for 57 yards.
According to Pro Football Focus, Bunkley-Shelton played 133 offensive snaps in 2022 and 84 in 2023. He played 26 snaps on special teams in ’22 and 91 on special teams in ’23.
