Georgia offensive tackle Amarius Mims suffered an injury while running the 40-yard dash Sunday at the NFL Scouting Combine. Widely regarded as one of the top offensive tackle prospects in the 2024 NFL Draft class, Mims has a rare blend of size and athleticism. Teams, media and fans alike were looking forward to seeing him compete in on-field drills Sunday, but Mims had to stop halfway through his second 40-yard dash run after appearing to pull up with a right hamstring injury. Here's hoping Mims was able to avoid any major injury that would impact his availability for the Bulldogs' pro day workout later in the process, and that he'll be back to full strength in plenty of time for his first NFL training camp.
