Sports Illustrated's Pat Forde released his midseason All-American list in college football this week, and Cincinnati guard Luke Kandra made the first team.

Kandra's in the middle of another strong season in Clifton, owning a 77.6 PFF grade on 467 snaps. He's allowed just five sacks at Cincinnati, including only one this season.

"Cincinnati has improved since its dud of a 2023 season, but Kandra remains as consistent as ever up front. The senior guard continues to play well amid the program’s 5–2 run," Forde wrote.

Kandra has earned a sub-60 single-game PFF grade just one time in his Cincinnati career. The 6-4 talent is a bastion of stability on the interior.
