The UCF Knights face plenty of question marks at quarterback heading into 2025, but it looks like Scott Frost's staff is on the recruiting trail attempting to find some answers for the future. New UCF quarterbacks coach McKenzie Milton visited with one four-star quarterback in the 2026 class, and it appears the Knights made an offer to the signal-caller.
For this season, UCF could be headed towards a quarterback competition. Dylan Rizk returns for the Knights, while UCF also landed former Indiana Hoosiers quarterback Tayven Jackson in the college football transfer portal.
Celina High School's Bowe Bentley took to social media to post a photo with Milton and reveal that UCF made an offer.
"#AGTG After a great conversation with @McKenzieMil10, I am blessed to receive an offer from UCF!!" Bentley said in an an X message on Tuesday.
On3.com lists the Texas prospect at 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds. 247Sports has Bowe as the site's No. 11 ranked quarterback in the 2026 class and a four-star prospect.

UCF has some competition as Bowe already has offers from Wisconsin, Texas Tech, Kansas State, Georgia Tech, Duke and Cal among others, per 247Sports. Ocoee High School linebacker Michael McClenton previously became the first athlete in the 2026 recruiting class to commit to UCF under Frost.
After long nights and prayers and conversations with my family and coaches. I have decided to COMMIT to the University of Central Florida. Hometown hero ⚔️
