The 5-foot-11, 197-pound Bunkley-Shelton, who transferred to OU from Arizona State after two seasons in Tempe, had just two catches in 2022 and three in 2023 for the Sooners.
Bunkley-Shelton played in 23 games but never quite caught on as a weapon in Jeff Lebby’s offense in Norman.
As a true freshman with the Sun Devils in 2020, he appeared in all four games and caught 11 passes for 100 yards. In 2021, he played in 12 games and made 33 receptions for 418 yards (third on the team) with two touchdown catches.
Bunkley-Shelton is a senior with two years of eligibility remaining.
