Delhi Capitals are competing against the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Match 39 of the Indian Premier League 2026. DC lost 6 wickets for just 13 runs in 6 overs at the  Arun Jaitley Stadium. The score of 13/6 is the lowest ever powerplay score recorded by a franchise in the history of the IPL. The previous record was held by the Rajasthan Royals, who managed 14 for 2 against RCB in Cape Town on April 18, 2009.

In the IPL 2022 match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals at MCA Stadium in Pune on March 29, 2022, the Men in Orange posted 14 runs for three wickets in the six overs.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Josh Hazlewood were spot on for Bengaluru, taking three wickets each in the powerplay on April 27. Bhuvi dismissed  Sahil Parakh, Tristan Stubbs and Axar Patel.

Hazlewood gets rid of KL Rahul,  Sameer Rizvi and  Nitish Rana in the DC vs RCB match.

DC were dismissed for 75 runs in 16.3 overs in IPL 2026. Abishek Porel (30), David Miller (19) and Kyle Jamieson (12) were the only batters who entered the double-digit mark.

Bhuvneshwar conceded just five runs from his three overs while Hazlewood took his overall wicket count to 4 scalps.

Rasikh Salam, Suyash Sharma and Krunal Pandya claimed one wicket each. 

Earlier, RCB skipper Rajat Patidar won the toss and elected to bowl first against the Capitals.
