Recently, the former Indian captain Rohit Sharma had attended the CEAT Tyres award function, along with a few of his teammates, including Shreyas Iyer and Sanju Samson. A recent video got circulated widely from the event, on social media, where Rohit Sharma was spotted mimicking Sanju Samson.

In the video, it was seen that Sanju Samson was passing by Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma was sitting beside Shreyas Iyer. And after Samson walked past the duo, Ro directed Samson and shoved Shreyas Iyer to show the way Samson walked. Both rohit Sharma and Shreyas had a good laugh, while Samson was spotted smiling from the distance.

Notably, Rohit Sharma has been gearing up for the upcoming three-match white ball series. He has shredded a lot of weight for the series, unfortunately, lost the ODI captaincy. Instead, the Test captain, Shubman Gill, has been given the charge.

Notably, this will be Rohit Sharma's, along with Virat Kohli's, first international appearance after the 2025 Champions Trophy win. Meanwhile, Shreyas Iyer wrote to the BCCI about his unavailability in the red ball cricket due to his back issues. However, he has been announced as the vice-captain of the ODI side in the Australia series.

Speaking about Sanju Samson, he is currently juggling with his position again in the T20 team after Shubman Gill came in. However, him missing the ODI squad and Dhruv Jurel getting the call as the backupkeeper instead of Samson has created a major outburst among the fans. Currently, Dhruv Jurel is in Delhi, for the second test against West Indies, along with Shubman Gill.
