Cameron Menzies dumps out Stephen Bunting as Michael van Gerwen, Gerwyn Price also fall at European Darts Grand Prix

The evening session is complete and Day Two is finished at European Darts Grand Prix with Cameron Menzies taking down Stephen Bunting to complete the line-up for the final day.

Menzies now takes on Peter Wright on the final day. He punished the fifth seed with a 98.5 average punishing 14 missed darts at doubles by 'The Bullet'.

But while Bunting fell, Gerwyn Price and Michael van Gerwen also did. Price was defeated by Raymond van Barneveld. He will face Martin Lukeman after he saw off Damon Heta 6-2. Van Barneveld had defeated Price 6-5.

Van Gerwen was out of sorts and was well beaten by Dirk van Duijvenbode. He hit a trio of 14-darters before wrapping up a 6-3 win with a 101 average.

Martin Schindler did delight though as he gave the home crowd something to shout about with a 6-4 win. Rock led 3-1 and 4-2 and a sublime ten-darter from Schindler saw him bring it back. He won four straight legs which saw him win again versus Rock.

Earlier today Gary Anderson began his title defence with a thrilling win over Gian van Veen. He returned with a 110.16 average. He hit nine 180's to see him off in a deciding leg.

Van Veen took a 5-3 lead with a 142 finish and he took out 120 and 88 to move 5-3 up. Only for Anderson to win in 14, 11 and 14 darts. He will now face off against Rob Cross in Sunday afternoon's third round.

Cross punished 14 missed darts at doubles from De Decker to prevail 6-3 in their clash. Luke Humphries raced past Connor Scutt for the loss of just one leg as he will now face off against Michael Smith who came from 3-0 and 5-2 to edge out Daniel Klose.
