Qualification Criteria confirmed for 2025 Grand Slam of Darts as Luke Littler, Michael van Gerwen and Luke Humphries headline current field

The Qualification Criteria has been confirmed for the 2025 Grand Slam of Darts which will return to Wolverhampton between 8-16 November. The annual 32 player tournament sees players battle it out week long for the Eric Bristow Trophy.

Reigning Grand Slam champion and World Champion, Luke Littler has already qualified a multitude of times and will return to headline the field alongside Michael van Gerwen, the runner-up at the 2024/25 World Championship.

As well as Players Championship Finals, World Masters champion and World No.1, Luke Humphries. The finalists from PDC televised events over a 12 month period qualify and the rest are made up from additional qualifiers from secondary, European Tour, ProTour and qualifiers.

Martin Lukeman who was runner-up in 2024 as well as Jonny Clayton and James Wade qualify as runners-up in TV events. Gian van Veen and Jurjen van der Velde, the champion and runner-up in the World Youth Championship will also be involved.

Women's World Matchplay, CDC Continental Cup, PDC Asian Championship and the 2025 Challenge Tour, Development Tour and Women’s Series Order of Merit winners also qualify.

The Premier League, World Matchplay, World Grand Prix, European Championship and World Series of Darts Finals provide further opportunities before the cut-off. If the 24 places are not filled from Premier events, the spots will be filled from European Tour and Players Championship events.

A further eight players will also come through the PDC Tour Card Holder Qualifier on October 31. The 32 player field is then finalised. It is the last 32 player format before it expands to 48 next year.
