Atlas is the number one movie on Netflix.
According to the streamer’s official charts, over 28 million people have watched Jennifer Lopez’s sci-fi movie.
Viewers have racked up 56,300,000 hours of watch time, shooting it into the top ten in 93 countries.
The second most-watched film is Thelma the Unicorn with 11 million views, and the third is Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs with nine and a half million views.
In Atlas, Lopez plays Atlas Shepherd, a data analyst who joins a mission to capture a renegade robot with whom she shares a mysterious past. As per the official synopsis, “when plans go awry, her only hope of saving the future of humanity from AI is to trust it.”
Atlas premiered on Netflix May 24. It has a Rotten Tomatoes score of 19% after 75 reviews.
