'My Life with the Walter Boys' gets renewed by Netflix for third season prior to season 2 premiere

Fans are eagerly awaiting the second season of My Life with the Walter Boys, set to premiere on Netflix later this year. However, it is now officially confirmed that this will not be the last time we see Jackie (Nikki Rodriguez), Cole (Noah LaLonde), Alex (Ashby Gentry), and the rest of the Walter family as the show has received an early season 3 renewal!

It has even been revealed that the third season will be released in 2026. "We’ve got a lot of things to do," Melanie Halsall expressed to TUDUM.

The showrunner and executive producer continued to comment, "I love the teenage stories and what we do with those characters. But I think we have a lot of potential to tell stories that are intergenerational. I’d love to be able to do more of that in Season 3."

The heartwarming coming-of-age series is based on the Wattpad novel by Ali Novak. According to TUDUM, the first season spent eight weeks in Netflix’s Global English Top 10 TV list, plus it reached the Top 10 in 88 countries.

Following the loss of her family in a tragic accident, 15-year old Manhattanite Jackie Howard has to learn to adapt to a new life in rural Colorado with her guardian - and 8 very rowdy boys.

Along with Rodriguez, LaLonde, and Gentry, the cast includes Connor Stanhope as Danny, Johnny Link as Will, Corey Fogelmanis as Nathan, Jaylan Evans as Skylar, Zoë Soul as Haley, Isaac Arellanes as Isaac, Myles Perez as Lee, Ashley Tavares as Tara, Dean Petriw as Jordan, Alix West Lefler as Parker, Lennix James as Benny, Alisha Newton as Erin, Ellie O’Brien as Grace, Kolton Stewart as Dylan, Mya Lowe as Kiley, Gabrielle Jacinto as Olivia, Jesse Lipscombe as Coach Allen, and Nathaniel Arcand as Mato.

After that massive finale cliffhanger, we are definitely on the edge of our seats for more.
