The San Francisco 49ers have finalized their 53-man roster after making several moves to meet the deadline by Tuesday at 1 p.m. PT.

Below is a position-by-position breakdown of the players who made the roster. However, this could still change based on any transactions made after the deadline. NFL teams have until 9 a.m. PT on Wednesday to submit claims for any newly waived free agents.

Wednesday, August 27:
Waiver wire claims end; practice squads
The claiming period for players placed on waivers during roster cutdowns ends at 9:00 a.m. PT. After this time, and upon notification from the league, teams can begin forming their 17-player practice squads. Additionally, starting at 1:00 p.m. PT, any player placed on the injured reserve or reserve/non-football injury lists may be designated for return later in the season.

Sunday, September 7:
San Francisco 49ers at Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks will host the 49ers at Lumen Field to open the 2025 season.
