Five-star wide receiver Tristen Keys has narrowed his list of schools to 12 college football programs, per On3's Hayes Fawcett.

Schools from the SEC, Big Ten and ACC were represented. From the SEC were LSU, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Florida, Ole Miss, and Auburn.

USC was the only team from the Big Ten, and Miami was the only ACC program on his list.

Keys comes in at 6-foot-2, 185 pounds, and is from Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

He is the No. 7 overall prospect and the No. 2 receiver in the On3 Industry Rankings for the 2026 class.

Out of his top 12, the On3 Recruiting Prediction Machine believes Ole Miss (42.3%), Tennessee (18.9%), LSU (8.5%), Alabama (7.1%) and Auburn (7.1%) were Keys' top five in that order.

Keys does not just play football for his high school but is also a track and field athlete and basketball player. Keys was a 2023 Mississippi 6A state qualifier for the high jump, triple jump and 110-meter hurdles. He also took home the bronze medal in the high jump that year.

The multi-sport athlete has proven he can be dominant in just football. As a junior last season, Keys had 1,245 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns on 58 receptions.

USC, Auburn, Texas A&M, LSU, Tennessee, Georgia, and Mississippi State already have a commitment from one or more wide receivers in the 2026 class. Oklahoma, Florida, Miami, Alabama and Ole Miss are still searching for their first receiver commit in the class. The Rebels do not have any commitments from a single recruit in the 2026 class.

Keys has visited Tennessee, Alabama, Texas A&M, Ole Miss, Auburn and LSU so far. He announced that he will be visiting Auburn this weekend via his account on X.

Keys has set no commitment date or time as of Wednesday.
