Jordan 11 'Gamma': Release Date and Everything You Need To Know

Sneakerheads, if you thought 2025 couldn't get any better for Jordan releases, you are in for a ride. It was just announced that one of the fan-favorite Jordan 11s, the "Gammas," will be hitting shelves during the holiday season later in 2025. Jordan Brand brings back the classic colorway, which the public hasn't seen released since 2013. Anticipated by the sneaker community, as Jordan Brand drops a classic 11 every holiday season, fans are treated to the "Gammas" and will also have a chance to grab the 'Rare Air' 11s on October 1st.

Said to be released on December 13th, the Gamma Blue 11s will feature a higher cut than the 2013 release, giving the new pair an "OG" look, considering its first release followed most OG Retro 11 colorways. Expected to be sold at $230 USD via Sneaker Files, this drop will most likely be gone from shelves within the first two hours of its live release.

Alongside in-person purchases going fast, you can expect online reservations on apps such as SNKRS, Champs Sports FLX, and Dick's Sporting Goods to fill up quickly once the shoe gets officially announced on said websites.

In my opinion, this is one of the biggest drops in 2025 that Jordan Brand has to offer. Considering the popularity of the Gamma Blue 11s, you can imagine that this shoe will be all over the sneaker community and will most likely be a great holiday present, as this colorway drops right around the corner from Christmas.
