The Wildcats have secured a key addition to their offensive line haul in the Class of 2026, as three-star OT Bennett Fraser from Kirksville High School officially committed to Kansas State.
Fraser, a 6-foot-5 tackle from Kirksville, Missouri, chose the Wildcats over offers from seven different programs, including Missouri, UCF, Northwestern, and more.
Blessed to announce that I’ve decided to end my recruitment process and commit to Kansas State University! A quick thank you to my family, my friends, and my teammates. #EMAW@KStateFB @CoachKli @CoachBrianLepak @coachliddle @spedbraet @MaddiGage @_CoachMattWells @WillFarrar_ pic.twitter.com/EXhIMutXEv

Fraser’s recruitment turned into a marathon courtesy of K-State’s consistent engagement.
The Wildcats first extended an offer in May 2024 during their OL/DL camp, and he responded positively, returning to Manhattan multiple times—unofficial visits on May 30, November 23, 2024, and April 5, 2025, followed by an official visit over the weekend.
One of the most significant aspects of his commitment is that the Missouri native, who had an official visit to Mizzou scheduled for June 20th, opted to close his recruitment early in favor of K-State, which can not be overlooked.
Kansas State’s track record of developing offensive linemen continues to pay dividends on the recruiting trail. With Bennett Fraser in the fold, the Wildcats now hold five commitments up front in the 2026 cycle, showcasing the staff’s clear emphasis on building from the trenches out.
Offensive line coach Brian Lepak has clearly made his mark on the trail, and Fraser is the latest testimony of that fact.
