Madden Cover LEAK? It Appears Caleb Williams Will Grace Cover of Madden 27

An exciting piece of art for football fans, and possibly the worst nightmare for Chicago Bears fans, can mean only one thing. The new Madden 27 cover art has been released, featuring Caleb Williams posing as “Iceman.”

Per Sleeper NFL and what can be seen in the Microsoft Store, the new cover features Caleb Williams. This is the first time a Chicago Bears player has been on the cover of the Madden series of NFL games. For Bears fans, they hope Caleb Williams defies the infamous “Madden Curse” and has a quality season.

Historically, NFL players on the Madden cover have either struggled or been injured in the cover season. A new face on Madden is incredibly exciting for the NFL. Hopefully for the NFL (and especially Bears fans), Williams puts together another great season full of highlight throws.

EA has not made any official statement or cover release as of this writing, but the art appearing on the Microsoft store all but guarantees it.
