Braden Gordon will be a busy man on Friday nights and on Saturdays throughout the fall.
Gordon attends Montgomery Academy in Montgomery, Alabama, and he is a 2027 four-star recruit. He holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas State, Florida, Ole Miss, Notre Dame and others.
The four-star plans to visit Alabama, Auburn, Ohio State, Michigan and Florida in the fall. He will visit Alabama football when it takes on Wisconsin at home.
The Crimson Tide offered Gordon in January. They got him on campus for an unofficial visit in March, and he spoke highly of the Alabama football program after the visit.
“I love the program,” Gordon said. “It feels like everyone is just a big family, and the coaches really seem to care about the players as people, not just football players.”
Alabama likes the 6-foot-4 athlete as a Wolf linebacker prospect.
The sophomore made plays on both sides of the ball for Montgomery Academy during the 2024 season at 6-foot-4. He finished the year with 45 receptions for 740 receiving yards and eight receiving touchdowns. He also accounted for 50 tackles, 14 tackles for loss and 11 sacks.
