TULSA — Phoenix Rising surrendered an early lead and drew against FC Tulsa, 1-1, on Saturday, June 14.

Rising took an early lead in the first half, with a goal from Ihsan Sack in the 15th minute. Goalkeeper Patrick Rakovsky once again showed out tonight, with seven saves and most in the second half. However, Tulsa would get the equalizer in the 80th minute from Arthur Rogers.
The draw breaks Rising’s four-game win streak.
Tulsa had 29 shot attempts with eight on target. Rising only had nine shot attempts with three on target.
Head coach Pa-Modou Kah spoke with reporters after the match and said he only has one message to his team after tonight’s match: regroup.
“I’m so proud of the boys for the hard work they give us every single day,” he said. “We’re very happy with it. We’re unbeaten in six, so for us, we have to continue our streak and that shows the mentality and resilience we have.”
