Scotland take on Curacao in Glasgow in preparation for their World Cup campaign, with both sides using the friendly as an important test before heading to North America. The match will be played at Hampden Park on Saturday, May 30.

Scotland are currently ranked 48th in the FIFA rankings, while Curacao sit 82nd. Both nations have already secured their places at the 2026 FIFA World Cup and will use this game to fine-tune their squads ahead of the tournament.

Scotland is coming off two back-to-back losses against Japan and the Ivory Coast in late March, while Curacao also faced two defeats in their last two matches. They were beaten 5 – 1 by Australia and 2 – 0 by China.

As for the World Cup, Steve Clarke’s Scotland have been drawn in Group C alongside Haiti, Morocco, and Brazil. Curacao, who will be making their first-ever World Cup appearance, are in Group E with Germany, Ecuador, and the Ivory Coast.
