For their class of 2026, the Oklahoma Sooners have been gunning hard to reform their wide receiver room by adding several explosive threats to the room from this class. Given that they were one of the least explosive offenses in college football last season, that's a reasonable adjustment for them to prioritize.
One of their top targets is Georgia wide receiver Dallas Dickerson, a three-star product from North Oconee. Dickerson is a state champion track star and the Sooners have made him a priority addition for their class of 2026.

Dickerson visited Oklahoma as part of their major June 6th recruiting event, alongside top targets Davian Groce and Jayden Petit.
In an interview with On3, Dickerson described the feeling he came away with after his visit to Norman.
"The overall visit was awesome. It was my first time there and I had a feeling of ‘home’ when I got on campus. The biggest highlights from the weekend were spending quality time with coaches, players, other recruits, and having the opportunity to grow in relationships.
I spent time with Coach Jones, Coach V, and Coach Garrett. Their message was that I was a priority for their program and how I would fit in with the offense. They made me feel like I was a priority to them and to the team in general.”
According to Rivals' Parker Thune, Dickerson's visit even included a visit from the legendary King himself, Barry Switzer, who dropped in to help the Sooners put together a strong recruiting class.
Naturally, Dickerson is being hotly pursued by other schools. Florida, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Indiana, Kansas State, and Georgia Tech have all offered Dickerson.
His decision timeline is coming soon, with a reported commitment date of July 4th. With where things stand now, Oklahoma feels confident in adding another playmaker to their rapidly growing 2026 class.
