Top South Carolina RB Commits to WVU Football

Trae’von Dunbar, a top running back from South Carolina, announced that he is committed and will sign with West Virginia to join the 2024 class. Dunbar is a three-star prospect from Midland Valley High School.

WVU was included in a top list with Arkansas, Boston College, Maryland, Penn State and Virginia Tech. These are all programs Dunbar has already visited.

Dunbar had over a dozen offers before cutting down his list to a top six. He’s ranked as the ninth-best player in South Carolina and the No. 33 running back in the country for his class by 247 Sports. On3.com places Dunbar as the number 545 overall 2024 player in the entire country.
