For the first time in freshman Jalil Bethea's college career, he scored 20 points in a game. Playing against Syracuse, Bethea scored 21 points on 6-8 shooting with three made three-pointers. He also performed well when he wasn't scoring, recording six rebounds, four assists, and a block.
